Everything that pertains to a standard move-out clean will be performed and outlined below in detail!

Every room/bathroom will include full dusting, vacuuming and mopping if applicable.

We will clean all doors front to back, but will typically not be able to clean walls. These are typically repainted between tenants, and unless explicitly stated or can be done without removing paint, this is left out.

​

We can do a thorough sweep of any garage for $50 more!

 

 

-- Kitchen --

​

 - Inside (all sections pulled out) and out of fridge/freezer, top, behind & under fridge/freezer (moved to clean)
 - Inside and out of oven, behind & under oven/stove (moved to clean)
 - Inside and out of microwave, and under microwave; grease filter cleaned out
 - Inside and out of dishwasher
 - Inside and out of all drawers, cabinets, pantry areas and surfaces along with upper/top part of all cabinets
 - Sink; cleaned to remove any hard water stains
 - Wall areas where fit, as stated above, only where stains can be easy to clean without removing paint

 

 

-- Bathroom --

 - Sinks; including cleaning out drain stopper
 - Mirrors
 - Underneath sink and inside/out of all drawers/cabinets
 - Shower/bathtub (if applicable); this includes removal of hard water stains that aren't seated very deep and can be scraped/scrubbed off without damage to any material or paint
 - Toilet; inside & all around; scrubbing material used to whiten bowl as well.
 - Any fixtures or fixed items such as towel racks, toilet paper racks, handles, etc.

 

 

-- Rooms --

 - Baseboards; dusted and scrubbed
 - Windows (inside only); including window tracks and blinds (if applicable)
 - Tops of fans, light switches and plugs
 - Closets (if applicable); this includes front/back wiping of doors and any racks or shelves inside

 

 

-- Laundry area --

 - Everywhere as standard to 'Rooms' listed above (if applicable)
 - Inside and out of washer/dryer; including behind and under

 

 

Preferably, the place should be void of any additional furniture or accessories, but we can clean any that exist upon request (this may affect final pricing).

Sometimes apartments can come with a detached or fixed furnace or fireplace area. We typically do a dust/wipe of this area if applicable, but no cleaning inside.
